The Hat is a private, rentable room inside of Quarters Arcade Bar in Downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. It is themed after the 1961 renovation of the Club Manhattan and houses the iconic neon sign of the club which occupied Quarter’s current location for over 50 years. The room features a full bar with a private bartender, red velvet booths, board games and vintage pinball machines.

Rental   Details

• Rented in 4 hour blocks available from 4pm-1am daily

• The room comfortably fits up to 40 people for a cocktail party 

• Rental rate of $325 gives access to the room and staffs the bar with your own craft cocktail bartender. The rental fee does not include the cost of drinks or gratuity. There is a tab minimum of $300 for Monday-Sunday and $500 on Friday and Saturday. If the party does not reach the tab minimum, the remaining amount will be added to the party hosts tab as a room rental fee.  

• The host may pay for all the drinks if they wish, but the tab minimum can be split amongst party attendees. For example, if you have a $300 minimum and 30 people attended the party, if each person spent $10 (less than the cost of one cocktail), the minimum would be met. If the total of all the tabs does not equal the tab minimum, the party host will have the remaining cost added to their tab as a room rental fee. 

• 20% gratuity will be added to tabs over $100

• There is no kitchen at Quarters, but you are welcome to bring food or have your party catered (no outside drinks)

• You will choose a custom code for the private room door so your party can enjoy the privacy & exclusivity of The Hat as well easy access to the large arcade & pinball collection of Quarters Arcade Bar

• All attendees must be over 21 and have proper identification to enter the bar

 

Rental   Rate:

Sunday-Thursday $325/4 hours + $300 tab minimum (gratuity not included)

Friday-Saturday $325/4 hours + $500 tab minimum (gratuity not included)
